Is your door handle is loose, your light bulb needs to be changed, or your window doesn't close anymore?

Please let us know any facility issues you may be experiencing by sending us a ticket via our Ticket System. We will to process your request as soon as possible. Please do keep in mind that depending on the task at hand, repairs can take a few working days – especially, if a professional needs to be contacted.

If your problem is more complicated or urgent and needs further explanation, please come by the Facility Management (Michael Gegenheimer) or Accommodation Office (Werner Niese) to talk to us.
